Beautiful and impractical - The first problem is that I wanted these shoes so bad that I bought size 10 - they weren't available in size 11. They are really narrow and the insole is so slippery that I had to synch the buckle and that makes it so obvious that they are too small and too narrow. This is a very stylish shoe, comfortable, overall a very nice looking shoe; the only problem is, it smells, yes , it?s smells like vulcanized rubber, as soon as I opened the box , the vapors from the man made materials were overwhelming; I set them on an open area for over a week and still can smell the materials. What a shame!... I did wear them once but it was not very nice to walk around smelling like a tire store, I even got myself a matching belt ,I won?t get rid of the shoes , they look so nice so, I?m going to see if the smell goes away eventually

They pinched my toes the moment I put them on as there just was no room for my toes. Big disappointment that they have to go back as they are really cute shoes. Beautiful and stylish but very narrow toebox - This boot looks great. I wish that I could keep it but the toe is too narrow even with just nylons. I could not wiggle my toes at all. I take a 7.5 regular. The outer sole pattern has tiny parallel grooves, not much more than the average dress shoe. So, extra traction is probably minimal. I'm tempted to try a wider boot because it so attractive. The suede and simple styling make it easy to wear for dress and casual.

But, the area from the thong to the front of the sandal is long, proportionately, compared to the back. I usually wear a 9 was going to order a 9.5 but they aren't ordered in half sizes. They aren't comfortable for long periods of time because your feet have to "fight" clutch the sandal in order to stay in them...
